I ordered this book on Friday and got it on Tuesday with the standard shipping! The book isn't boring either it kept me interested and the tips are useful. It's a pretty fast read so If you don't like reading this book is not bad. The best act book out there!
Did very well on ACT , thanks to the book.I know I wouldnt have gottten a 31 without it
I got this for my grandson to prepare for the ACT to improve his score. He wanted sample tests, but I really liked the test preparation because I'm convinced he knows the material. He just needed to know HOW to take the test and relax ahead of time. He did much better after reading the book. He's been accepted to U of A - Fayetteville, AR - Go Razorbacks!
I'm sure that it was a great product for 2001, but considering that it's 2009 I feel that I can't trust it's accuracy. My fault that I couldn't/didn't read the small print. I feel somewhat cheated, but then again, it's my fault.
I bought this book for my granddaughter. It arrived on time, in good shape, and probably lives up to the reputation of the "for Dummies" series. I wouldn't know, though, because after it arrived, my granddaughter found that you actually had to open the book to use it. Her ACT scores... not so good, but she's going great guns in college, so who's to say.
