Broke prong after 2 uses

February 8, 20101.0
I used this charger twice. The second time I wen to pull it out of the socket, one of the prongs pulled cleanly out of the handle and stayed in the power strip. It was cheap so I didn't try to get my money back, but I will not buy from this company again.

I charged my Shuffle with this product and it would no longer work. I brought the Shuffle to Apple for diagnosis. They said there was an electrical malfunction that damaged the electronics. When I mentioned that I used an off-brand charger I was told these frequently have the wrong resistance in the transformer and too much voltage 'fries' the electronics. BargainCell couldn't care less, they wanted me to return it for refund. Mailing is more than the refund! All they would say is it's not possible to damage the electronics with their charger. It's pretty easy to figure out if the resistance in the transformer is too low then the voltage to the Ipod will be too high, DUH! I'm not taking any chances with the wall and car chargers I also bought for my Nano, it's unfortunately all going in the trash.
